1. Cancellation and Refunds by the Company

In such cases, we will initiate a full refund for the canceled items. This refund will be processed using the original payment method, and you can expect to see the credit within a few business days, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
If we have to cancel your order after it has been confirmed but before it has been shipped, we will inform you as soon as possible and process the refund without delay. For any cancellation initiated by us, our liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the canceled items. We do not assume responsibility for any other costs or inconvenience caused by the cancellation. You may return most items purchased from OneStopPhoto.in within 7 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. This includes all accessories, manuals, and any free items that came with the purchase. To process a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
However , in case of a damaged/missing or in correct product ,the return request should be filed within 1 day of delivery

2.3 Restocking Fee
Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns of certain items In case order is cancelled from customer end without any valid reason., if they are returned with their original packaging And unopened. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
